Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Since allTj.online provides digital advertising and listing services, we generally do not issue refunds once the service (e.g., business listing activation) has been performed.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical errors preventing the publication of a paid listing.

  • Accidental duplicate payments.

3. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at director@webistan.luxury within 14 days of the transaction. Please include your order number and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Paddle) within 5–10 business days.
